전자정부 4.1 version 1.8.0 of the jvm is not suitable for this product. version 11 or greater is required

jdk11이 설치되어 있는데도 불구하고 전자정부 4.1 설치 후 에러 남

eclipse 폴더 안에 eclipse.ini 파일에 -vm에 jdk 11경로를추가하여 해결함.
